LLANA USER AGREEMENT

Effective Date: May 6, 2026

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of Llana (the “Platform”).

By creating an account or using Llana, you agree to this Agreement, our Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. YOUR ROLE ON LLANA

Llana is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers.

You understand and agree that:

Llana is not a buyer or seller
Llana does not own listed items
Llana does not complete transactions

All interactions and transactions are strictly between users.

2. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You agree to:

Provide accurate information
Keep your login details secure
Be responsible for all activity on your account

You must not:

Create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
Use false identities
Share your account with others

3. POSTING RULES

When posting listings, you agree:

Your listings are truthful and accurate
You have the right to sell the item
Your content does not violate any laws

You must NOT post:

Fake or misleading listings
Prohibited or illegal items
Stolen goods
Content that is abusive or harmful

Llana may remove listings at any time.

4. COMMUNICATION BETWEEN USERS

You agree to communicate respectfully and honestly.

You must NOT:

Harass or threaten other users
Attempt to scam or mislead users
Share harmful or fraudulent links

Llana may monitor or review activity to maintain platform safety.

5. TRANSACTIONS & SAFETY

You acknowledge that:

Llana does not guarantee any transaction
You are responsible for verifying buyers/sellers
You assume all risks when engaging in transactions

We strongly recommend:

Meeting in safe, public locations
Inspecting items before payment
Avoiding advance payments

6. PLATFORM ENFORCEMENT

Llana reserves the right to:

Remove listings
Restrict account access
Suspend or permanently ban users

This may happen if you:

Violate this Agreement
Engage in suspicious activity
Harm other users or the platform

7. PAYMENTS & FEATURES

If you use paid features (if applicable):

Payments are handled by third-party providers
Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

8. DATA & PRIVACY

Your use of Llana is subject to our Privacy Policy.

By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described.

9. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

Llana is not responsible for:

User disputes
Failed transactions
Losses resulting from user interactions

You use the platform at your own risk.

10. TERMINATION

You may stop using Llana at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement.

11. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We may update this Agreement from time to time.

Continued use of Llana means you accept the updated version.
